Quest for Balance: Pathways to Harmony

While we as a society are experiencing technological advances, images of terror and trauma pervade our world, both locally and internationally. Feelings of insecurity, disharmony and polarization increasingly lead to mood swings, anxieties, fears and phobias, alienation, or emptiness.

Self reflective art making, group discussion, silent and guided meditation are some pathways to connect to the deep inner self that is a center of harmony and tranquility.

Quest for Balance is a weekly group therapy process that offers opportunities to listen and dialogue your self and others using group discussion, art, mind yoga and reflection.

This six-week therapeutic process will guide and support individuals to:
•    focus and manage attention
•    listen deeply and sincerely to oneself
•    identify some barriers and inhibitions
•    explore inner strengths
•    develop and express a unique, creative self

Who should register?
This six-session weekly group therapy is for any person aged 18 years and above, who has a quest to achieve a sense of balance, inner calm and inner strength. No prior art experience is necessary.
